Refund and Returns Policy

At Dasvandh Library, we provide online library seat booking and membership services for students seeking a quiet and disciplined study environment. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any payment or booking.

1. Nature of Service

Our services include:

  • Seat booking in the library
  • Study hall usage
  • Access to library facilities (based on plan)

Since these are service-based bookings and not physical products, the service begins as soon as the seat is reserved.

2. No Return Policy

As the service involves reservation of a study seat and usage of space & resources, returns are not applicable.
Once a seat is booked, it is reserved exclusively for the member.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments made for membership or seat booking are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once the payment is completed and a seat is allocated, we do not issue refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Change in study schedule
    • Exam cancellation or postponement
    • Personal reasons (health, travel, job, relocation, etc.)

This is because the seat is kept blocked and reserved for you, and cannot be assigned to another student during that period.

4. Refunds in Special Cases (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  1. A technical error where the booking amount is deducted but seat confirmation is not provided.
  2. Any payment failure where the amount is deducted twice.

In such cases:

  • Users must report the issue within 48 hours of payment.
  • Supporting proof (screenshot / transaction ID) is required.
  • Refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

5. No Refund on Misconduct or Rule Violation

If a user violates library rules (discipline issues, disturbance, misuse of resources, etc.), membership may be terminated without refund.

6. Membership Transfer

Membership or seat booking cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

About Dasvandh Library – Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of Our Terms

The purpose of these Terms & Conditions is to ensure that every student who joins Dasvandh Library receives a peaceful, disciplined, and organized study environment. These terms explain how our services work, what members can expect, and what responsibilities every user must follow inside the library.

2. Nature of Services

Dasvandh Library provides:

  • Study space / seat booking services
  • A quiet and comfortable environment for self-study
  • Basic amenities required for focused learning

We do not provide coaching, teaching, or tutoring services.
Our role is to provide a productive environment — your academic results depend on your own effort and dedication.

3. Membership & Seat Allocation

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, as a study seat and facility is reserved personally for each user.
  • Seats are allocated based on availability and cannot be transferred to other individuals.
  • Users must provide valid identity information during registration.
  • Any misuse of membership may lead to cancellation.

4. Rules of Conduct

To maintain a peaceful study atmosphere, all members must:

  1. Maintain silence inside the premises.
  2. Respect other students and library staff.
  3. Keep the workspace and environment clean.
  4. Avoid phone calls, loud discussions, or disturbances.
  5. Handle furniture and resources with care.

Violation of rules may result in membership termination without refund.

5. Responsibility for Personal Items

  • Members are responsible for their own books, bags, stationery, laptops, and other belongings.
  • The library is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
  • Users are advised to keep their valuables safely with them at all times.

6. Academic Performance

  • Dasvandh Library does not guarantee exam success, score improvement, rank achievement, or career outcome.
  • We provide the environment, but the effort depends on the student.

Your result = Your discipline + Study consistency + Strategy, not just the study space.

7. Feedback & Reviews

  • We appreciate positive feedback from users who genuinely benefited from our study environment.
  • Reviews help us improve and motivate new learners.
  • All feedback is completely voluntary.
  • The library does not offer rewards or incentives in exchange for reviews.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dasvandh Library is not liable for:

  • Service disruptions (electricity, network, maintenance, weather)
  • Indirect or consequential losses related to study outcomes
  • Personal expectations or unmet academic goals

Use of the library is done voluntarily and at your own discretion.

9. Updates to Terms

The library reserves the right to update, modify, or change any part of the Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms will be posted on the website and/or notice board.

Dasvandh Draw – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Dasvandh Draw is subject to all official rules and conditions.
  2. Important Note:
    Any student who is absent on the day of the draw will not be eligible to participate.
  3. The new rules and conditions for the Dasvandh Free Seat will be applicable.
  4. Only Full-Day Members are eligible to participate in the draw.
  5. The full monthly library fee must be paid in advance in order to be eligible.
  6. 20% Half-Day Seats will be allotted through a lottery draw. Note:
    Students who win a Free Half-Day Seat will pay only 50% of the fee next month, and the remaining 50% will be covered by the lottery fund.
  7. The student must maintain a minimum of 20 days attendance in the month to remain eligible.
  8. Presence is compulsory on the draw day. If absent, the eligibility is cancelled.
  9. Students who participate in the Quiz Competition will be eligible to win rewards and gifts.
  10. Every month, students will get an opportunity to interact with a new mentor, receive guidance, and discuss challenges related to their goals.
  11. Students can openly discuss study problems, strategy, and goal-related issues with mentors and management.
  12. SC / BPL Category Students can receive 20% special concession, but they must submit a valid certificate copy for verification.
  13. A student who joins or pays the fee after the draw is completed will not be eligible for the next month’s draw.
  14. If a student is selected in the lottery under SC/BPL concession, they can avail only one benefit at a time (either SC/BPL concession or Lottery free seat benefit).
  15. If a student has used a Full-Day Seat for only 15 days or less, their coupon will not be entered into the draw for that month.
